The business was started after the owner spent literally decades at all levels of real estate and construction. Everything from the manufacturing of roof trusses & wall panels, to structural engineering & design, to real estate sales, rehab & investing.

State of California Requirements
The state of California does not have any specific licensing or certifications required for home inspectors. That is why we are certified by the largest and best certifying agency in the world, InterNACHI.
When using a home inspectors, reviews and referrals are important, but so are certifications and training. Just because an inspection company has been around for a while does not mean they stay on top of changes in building science and participate in continuing education.
InterNACHI makes it mandatory for inspectors to continue to educate themselves to maintain their certification. Check our certifications, we are certified and current!
